Host a Fun Archery Party with Age Appropriate Instruction and Games
Service Description
Our Youth Archery Party is a hybrid of our archery booth and group events, designed with younger kids in mind. This package is ideal for children with lower attention spans who want to have a guided archery experience with a certified Archery Instructor, centered around age appropriate games. DURATION: This package includes 1.5 hours of archery instruction and games, with 30 minutes of setup and breakdown before and after the event. Additional hours (not to exceed 4 total hours) may be added at $80/hour. EQUIPMENT: Age appropriate recurve bows and arrows will be provided, as well as one NASP (National After School Archery Program) standard target, safety equipment (including a white ballistic nylon backstop curtain), and awards. WHAT TO WEAR / BRING: Please wear close toed shoes, dress in layers, wear sunblock (as needed), and bring drinking water. NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS: Ages 5-7: 10 per instructor Ages 8-15: 15 per instructor Parental supervision is required for children at ALL times. Accommodating more children would require an additional coach, equipment, and time. Please contact us if you would like to arrange a custom Youth Archery Party. RECOMMENDED AGES: All children ages 5+ are welcome to join with parental supervision required at all times for anyone under 18. LOCATION REQUIREMENTS: This delivered archery party is only available at this price for locations in Avon, Bloomfield, Canton, Granby, and Simsbury CT. A flat location outdoors or indoors (high vaulted ceiling preferred) with 20'x30' minimum space facing away from any animals, people, or property is required. We will also need photos of your location prior to your event date for us to ensure the area will accommodate a safe learning environment. WEATHER: If shooting outdoors, we are unable to accommodate lessons or events in inclement weather, heavy winds, or temperatures below 50°F. SAFETY: A signed archery waiver will be provided and required by all participants. For your safety, no one will be allowed to take pictures or otherwise distract archers in front of the shooting line.
Cancellation Policy
All services are nonrefundable. We will try to make exceptions for inclement weather or emergency situations and will consider reschedules on a case by case basis; however, cancellations and no-shows will not be refunded.
